Recommendations & Testimonials
Granddaughter of B, Cromer
“Steve was excellent, pure gold towards my Nanny. He was so passionate about his work and person centred care. He was kind and caring from the start of her care. He always reassured my Nanny and made her laugh and smile. Steve was very respectful, she was a little unsure about having males do her personal care but after she met Steve she was very relaxed and looked forward to seeing him daily. I would highly recommend Steve to any family, he really is a truly wonderful caring man with a heart of gold”
Family of W, Cromer
“Mr W’s family contacted us to say how much they appreciated everything Steve had done for their Father. They said they couldn’t thank them enough and how caring they had been.”
Mr LS, Cromer
“We are in our 80’s with increasing needs socially & medically. Among those who have attended to us is Steve. What a lovely & caring man. He is very sensitive to respect our privacy & modesty. He is efficient in every way. During my shower/bath I have never once felt in danger of falling. He generates confidence & is exceptional at what he does-caring for others. Everything is neat and tidy, result is one happy Wife. In fact, I would go as far as to say he is ‘instinctive or telepathic’ to his patients needs. To Steve his choice of career is a vocation-not a job. We would recommend him for any position in the care sector without hesitation of any kind”
